[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Embroidery questions

I know you can do embroidery stitches on a canvis with bigger holes. I once did a huge wall hanging of a tiger on a blue background. My husband did a running stitch to show me where all of one color went. Then we took that out and did another color.

Hi,
A class sounds really cool.
I have tried to embroider before but only managed a few sloppy stitches.
I have some sight. But not enough to work with such small needles I think.
I’ve always been visually impaired.
