Pint jars are perfect however any clean airtight jar will work as long as it is at least a pint or larger. Also I wanted to add if you are unable to grind your own oatmeal in a food processor blender or coffee grinder you can purchase oatmeal on the baby food aisle and it is already in smaller pieces that can be used without this extra step.

Thank you,

I have some glass jars with screw-on, fliptop plastic lids with a gasket on them, but I can always get some pint mason jars or something. I'd imagine that they probably need to be airtight, due to using sugar in the mixes. I wouldn't want critters getting into them and having a feast. :)
