When I first heard of it, it was sighted people who did work for lots of
charities.  I thought they would be incensed if there was a different
color.
I could see going into my office with it on and someone yelling:  your
colors are off; you have a blue sleeve, a white sleeve, a gold ..."  well,
you get the picture.  But lots of people seemed to like it and thought the
colors were "Mag" as Peabody in the Eve Dallas series says.  And my husband
wanted a blue front and back and a gray ribbing and sleeves.  He wanted the
colors of the Civil War representing both sides.  That's what started the
whole thing.  I was telling someone about that and they said:  "oh, we do
that all the time" and started telling me about their sweaters.

I guess maybe it'd be good to have matching or how do you say it:  colors
that go together?    coordinating colors???

Oh, Deb B., what a great idea to knit a sweater in pieces with each piece
being a different color! I guess I would buy a color pack for this one.
