I’m just trying to get over the fact that somebody these days actually has a spinning wheel that isn’t Amish or Mennonite or something. That is so cool! Sorry your tendinitis stops you from doing it as much as you’d like. Boy I wish we lived closer. I’d love to meet you in person!

The parts that take practice are pulling out an even amount and twisting it just right--not too much, not too little. I think I class would be a great way to learn. I've had people show me for 5 minutes, and read instructions, but I don't do it well yet. I have tendonitis in my wrist, and something about spinning seems to aggravate it if I do it too much, so I haven't done as much as I like.

A local craft store near me has a class that I’m considering taking. If any of you have experience with this would you be willing to share any tips and tricks that would make it easier to learn?
