[NFB-Krafters-Korner] New member and needing help with information on ways to learn to knit

Hi Louana, and welcome to the group!
My mom taught me to knit when I was a kid, but then I put it down for a lont
time.  When I picked it up again, I tried to refresh my memory by reading a
book on learning to knit, but I found it pretty confusing.  I really didn't
get onto the right track until I found an actual knitter to remind me what
to do and correct me when I wasn't right.  For me, it was much more useful
to have a person I could ask questions when something wsn't clear.  But,
once I got going in the right direction, I've done well and gained more
skill every year.

there any step by step books available for  this... Also is there anyone
