If you need some extra help at Amazon there is the Disability Help Line.

I have used them to help describe pictures, to find a particular style of
something, to help pick out colors, to find things I was unable to locate,
to assist with returns and damaged items, etc.

 

It is a service Amazon has just for those of us with disabilities.  And, if
we don't use the service we could lose the service if they find it is not
being utilized.  So, my advice?  Keep these helpful employees employed and
utilize the service!
