[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Question for the quilters!

Hello,
I have a question for all of you quilters out there! After you have completed your quilt top how do you finish it? Do you send the quilt to be long armed? Do you finish it on your home sewing machine? If so how do you make sure your lines are evenly spaced? Is it possible to free motion quilt non-visually?
