Maybe hat , scarves and mitins or gloves , but just don't bother with the thermils or you will be sweating too much. Wait until it is below zeero for them.

Hi Ericka, it is pretty cold here in Md. Tonight too. Right now at 9;26 P M
E S T, it is a 27 degrees and, with the wind, it feels like it is 17
degrees. Yes, thermals, hats, mittens, scarves are certainly needed right
now.
