[Nfb-kzoo] Next Meeting, and February's Minutes

This always comes up last minute, but there's still time to get one of the 
Kenneth Jernigan first-time scholarships. Deadline is April 15. Here's the 
info in case anyone would like to do this from our chapter.

Basically, if you've never attended a national NFB convention, you can get 
roughly $500 to help pay for your costs. Tyler or another federation leader 
would need to write a letter of recommendation for you and you also need to 
write a letter of why you would like to go. This can all be E-mailed, so 
there's still time.
