[Nfb-lions] New member intro and penpal magazine

Thanks, yes, I am a lion in Macedonia, but currently the group is
electing a neew president, so not much going on,

I already got my ad in The braile monitor and the Ziegler and tried a
few of the NFB lists, but no one else joined,
