The Lions in our state has a mobile van dedicated to traveling to remote good idea.
places to do eye screenings. Not sure how that all works yet, but think it is

Hello Lions:
     The Missoula Lions club is in the process of purchasing a Plus Optix
S12 unit. This will be available for eye screening of students in Missoula
County. 
The club also did an eye screening at a school in the nearby town of Lolo.
