Great news everyone! The president has agreed to meet with us April 11 at 3 PM PDT. I think we should meet before then to organize and prepare. How about we meet for preparation same day but at 1 PM PDT? that would be 2 hours before our meeting with the president. we will be using the same zoom meeting information for both meetings. See below.
