[NFB-Muslims] question about texas able acounts

Asalamu alaykum wa Rahmatullah  everyone, 
Question, I have been hearing a lot about saving money for assistive technology,  can   Texas Able Accounts also comply with ADCB's Active Saver Accounts that are halal? SO the goal is that one can save money specific to purchasing assistive technology but, I have only heard about the investments which are not halal as your collecting interest. Jazakallahu Khayran,
