Americans with Disabilities Act


Please join the Governor's Commission on Disability, Granite State
Independent Living, The NH ADA Coalition, NH Dept of Transportation, the
National Multiple Sclerosis Society - Greater New England Chapter, and
others for a celebration of the 20th Anniversary of the ADA.

What: ADA 20th Anniversary Celebration
Date: Friday, July 23, 2010
Time: 10:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M.
Where: Department of Transportation, 7 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH

Agenda:
10 AM - 12 PM Presentations and Speakers, ADA Awards
Keynote Speaker - Andrew
Washburn, US Dept. of Justice
12 PM - 2 PM Refreshments, Exhibitors, "Experience a Disability",

Nominations have been received for awards. Come to the event so you can
see who got the awards.

We are not able to provide transportation. However, Concord Area Transit
has buses that stop at the corner of Hazen Drive, in sight of the DOT
driveway. People coming to Concord by other means of public
transportation should be able to connect with CAT for transportation.

Directions:
>From I-93 Exit 14, turn East to go up Loudon Road.  At the top of the
hill, turn left onto Hazen Drive.  A sign will be at the 2nd driveway on
the left indicating it is DOT.

>From East of Concord, get on I-393, take the Eastside Drive exit, turn
left, then take the 1st right onto Hazen Drive.  Go to #7, where you
will see the sign for DOT.

Please forgive any duplications.  I wanted to be sure you knew about
this.
