Legislative Wrap Up: As the New Hampshire 2013-2014 legislative
session wraps up here are some bills pertaining to people with
disabilitiesthat were brought up during the session.  For more

HB1174: Bill to establish a commission to identify and recommend
changes to New Hampshire laws and rules on the payment of subminimum
wages to persons with disabilities.

HB1568: This bill will make it a crime to impersonate a person with a
disability in order to receive a service animal.

SB396: This bill will place stricter limits upon the use of restraint
practices against children, especially children with disabilities, and
will call for a timelier reporting of any incident to parents.
