Subject: Coffee with a Cop event

The New Mexico Commission for Deaf and Hard of Hearing and Albuquerque Police Department is pleased to announce our first collaborative event with the Albuquerque Police Department- “Coffee with a Cop” on Saturday, August 26, 2017 from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm.  >From 9:30 am to 10:00 am, you will have the opportunity to socialize with Law Enforcement officers. Then from 10:00 am to 12:00 PM we will have a forum where the officers will be able to discuss what they want you to know and then you will be able to ask questions and share your concerns.     

 

Sign language interpreters, tactile interpreters, and CART (Communication Access Real Time) will be provided.  FM systems will be available onsite.  For communication accommodations requests, please contact Andrea Ginn at Andrea.Ginn at state.nm.us. by 12:00 pm on August 11, 2017.
