Transition Services Coordinator

Duties include the ability to provide individualized and/or group services in developing transition plans to include career development, employment preparation, self-determination development, vocational assessment, accessing statewide resources, and integration in the workplace community to students Pre-K to 12 with visual impairments and multiple disabilities.  Bachelor’s degree or higher in Rehabilitation Counseling or School Counseling and certification in Vision is preferred or must be willing to acquire.  Must possess or be eligible for NM Public Education Department licensure. Will be required to become Braille proficient.  Full‑time contract for the 2018-2019 school year. Applications accepted until filled.
