Administrative Assistant
The New Mexico School for the Blind and Visually Impaired Early Childhood
Program is recruiting for a twelve (12) month, full-time Administrative
Assistant. This individual is required to provide administrative and
clerical support to the Early Childhood Program, to include human resource
and business operations support. Responsible for coordinating activities
with other departments at NMSBVI, schools and agencies that are served by
the ECP. Will review incoming reports and other data and sets priorities to
expedite workflow. Is responsible for maintaining multiple files and
databases and typing of routine and confidential correspondence. High
school diploma or GED required. Four to six years related experience and/or
training preferred. Applications accepted until filled.
Physical Therapist
New Mexico School for the Blind and Visually Impaired Early Childhood
Program in Albuquerque is currently recruiting a part-time Physical
Therapist. Required to provide services for young children with visual
impairments and/or multiple disabilities. Prefer Physical Therapist with
experience in early childhood. Experience with visual impairment and
equipment a plus. Position for the 2022-2023 school year for approximately
3 days per week. Applications accepted until filled.
