This dynamic program is for guide dog handlers, trainers, groomers,
veterinarians, public officials, and those who may be considering a guide
dog in their lives.
Coffee, a light breakfast snack, and lunch will be provided. Although we
encourage folks to join us in person for the main session, it will also be
streamed on Zoom. When you RSVP to this email, you will need to let us know
if you want the Zoom link or if you will be there in person. We strongly
urge those who can be with us in person to join us for the energy,
camaraderie, and hands-on content. The fabulous array of breakout sessions
and exhibits will not be available virtually. The seminar will feature
experts and legal advocates to present the very latest on problems and
policies with transportation network companies, airlines, and the Department
of Transportation.
There will be trainers from a number of schools who will be offering Juno
walks. Juno walks will help those who are considering a guide dog in their
future to get a sense of and feel for what it is like to work with a guide
dog.
There will be training tips and tricks, targeting, grooming, nutrition, and
much more.
No matter where you are in the great western United States, all roads lead
