[NFB-NM] FW: Request for Volunteers from the ABQ NFB Community to Test the Accessibility of the New ParaTransit On Line Application Form

ABQ Rides has updated the application form for those who wish to apply to
use ABQ Paratransit Services (SunVan). The timeframe to test/update the new
application form for usability concludes at the end of this month (September
29). The Transit Department has been receiving feedback from individuals who
have recently applied to use Paratransit Services using the new form, but
they do not know if any of the new applicants are blind or visually
impaired.  
 
To ensure that the new form is accessible to blind and visually impaired
persons, we are requesting volunteers from the local NFB community to test
the new application form and provide feedback regarding its accessibility.

your feedback in an email directly to Robert Romero, Customer Service
Supervisor at the City of ABQ Transit Department:

Anyone who volunteers to use the test application form should be aware that:
1.     You will only be testing the new test application form, not the rest
of the SunVan eligibility process.
2.     If you are already a paratransit user, using the new form will not
affect your existing paratransit status (the software will recognize that
you are already a paratransit user).
3.     If you have any questions during this process, please contact Robert
Romero, Customer Service Supervisor at the City of ABQ Transit Department,
