[NFB-NM] Round up Door prize and auction items

Dear NFB Federationists,

It’s almost time for our annual state convention.  This year’s convention
will be held at the Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown Hotel, Albuquerque, New
Mexico,

from October23-26, 2025.

The Door Prize and Auction Committee would like to take this opportunity to
remind you, about donating door prizes and Auction Items for our State
Convention to make it an eventful

event because we all enjoy our names to be called out for a door prize.

We would greatly appreciate if everyone would join in and cooperate in
bringing in door prizes for this exciting event.

We would greatly appreciate the state chapters to make a monetary donation
for the door prizes.

We will send another reminder for door prizes and Auction Items in October.

*Note: Please turn in your donations to the  Door Prize and Auction Team as
soon as you check in to your rooms in order for us to label the prizes.

*Note: Please refrain from donating door prizes which may have alcohol due
to under age NFB Members.
