Hello all,

 

I hope this email finds you well.  Time keeps on slipping into the future,
and the deadline to get your hotel room and early registration for the
convention and banquet is quickly approaching on Tuesday, September 24th.
If you are having problems with your registration, Mailaika Colson and
Catrina Gosine have volunteered to assist you.  

 

Also, some have been asking about gluten-free meal offerings.  The lunch
provider has gluten-free bread for those who require it.  Just let Sylvia
Reid know.  The banquet caterer has informed us that these items are
gluten-free:  salad (croutons will be available on request), vegetable soup
(however it is cooked in a chicken stock), the chicken with Vidalia onion
sauce, the sliced roast beef (gravy on request), roasted potatoes, and mixed
vegetables.  So, make the selections you prefer.

2024 Convention

Onward Together:  Moving Forward With Confidence!

 

The National Federation of the Blind of Delaware cordially invites you to
join us for our 2024 State convention and banquet being held at the
Fairfield Inn in Middletown, Delaware on October 25, 2024.  The convention
will be called to order at 9:30 am, and the banquet will start at 6 pm.  The
Affiliate business meeting will be held on Saturday, October 26th from 9 am
to 1 pm.  The early registration cost for the convention is $25 in advance,
$30 at the door.  Registration  includes lunch.  The cost for attending the
banquet is $30.
