[NFB-of-Delaware] Fwd: Scholarship meeting

Hello everybody, we have our affiliate meeting tonight. Scholarship discussion will be on these items. So please read through everything. Come with questions because we have to discuss. A meeting was held February 3rd. Sylvia and I came up with open scholarship registration from May 15th-August 15th that’s the main discussion right now. We just need everyone’s input on these dates.
