Unfortunately, while Linda Mock and our president Art Stevenson do 
manage to remain civil to one another, but from an onlooker's 
perspective, there is evident tension.

The recent audit suggests some form of housekeeping is required over 
at the Commission.  Hopefully with whatever changes that generates 
will result in warmer relations between NFBO and OCB.  We are seeing 
warmer relations between NFBO and ACBO, so it could well be that we 
have a chance for stronger partnerships going forward.
