I have been working with the Rose City Chapter for several months in attempting to resolve some problems that do exist.  Please refrain from using this kind of forum to air personal conflicts and NFBO chapter issues.  This list serve is not an appropriate place to discuss this.  Let us focus our energy on the NFB and the good work that we do.
