[Nfb-science] Windows inaccessibility rumors?

Dear list,
Today I heard mention again - seems I've heard similar rumors maybe a few years ago - that the next Windows release due out in December will not work with blindness accessibility software. This came from an Apple Tech support person who is blind.

Can anyone point me to source(s) that might confirm or deny this claim?
