[Nfb-seniors] Cooking?

I was just wondering how you all cook, after blindness?  I am afraid of the stove, cause mine doesn’t have any clicks to tell me if it’s on simmer or what.    I cook alittle, like boiled eggs, and pasta, sometimes.  Use microwave.      I was just wondering what tricks you all use?  I did cook a lot before I lost my sight, but am leery now!
