I knew the stuff from Robin Brewer and tried to raise my hand but did not 
get recognized to help

YUP! Some things that happened really could have been prevented. Our guy 
running the board (not sure what else to call it) I think didn't know his 
stuff. And we had given him the agenda, that had the spelling, phone 
numbers, email addresses of the people who were speaking, and needed to be 
found within the list of participants. And, Ruth w=had wanted to work with 
him. since the middle of last week!



And so. we will submit an evaluation. And maybe all will go better in the 
future!

In spite of the various call glitches, I did enjofor the speakers on the 
call.

The muting/unmuting, very confusing, as I kept getting notices to unmute 
myself, but then was told that host was not allowing unmute.
