[NFB-Seniors] News for seniors and friends attending convention in person

The following is information that might be helpful for those attending the
NFB convention in person.

 

You will see in the agenda that our Senior Division meeting will be held on
Thursday, July 7 at 1 p.m., in Studio 7 at the Marriott. However, you may
want to come by after 12:30 to register. 

 

All dues paying members of the division will be eligible to vote during
elections. If you have not already done so, you may pay your dues at this
time. They are $5.

Anyone seeking to run for an office must be a dues-paying member. If you are
not present you may still run for office but you must be nominated by
someone who is present in person. The person making the nomination must have
your permission to do so.

 

The afternoon will be full of worthwhile information and you will have fun
in the process. We look forward to seeing you there.
