Today the NFB Senior Division board of directors met to formulate plans for
the near future. 

 

With regret, we are announcing the cancellation of the 2022 fall retreat
that was scheduled for September 18-24. We know that the senior population
is vulnerable to covid and its variants and it is essential that we do what
we can continue to offer educational opportunities about blindness while
protecting our senior population from potential illness.

 

With all this in mind we are going to put our efforts into a winter virtual
retreat in January.

 

We know that many of us have been looking forward to the national Convention
in New Orleans which includes our senior division meeting. It is still on
schedule to happen and we urge you to visit this link for more information.
