[nfb-talk] Screen reader for new computer

No!  I'm able to have the screen reader up and running if the software is 
loaded into my Pc.  If you are on line only, this would be true!  There have 
been situations when the network was having problems when it wasn't useable 
but this is very rare indeed!  I had my Wy Fi completely off and the screen 
reader came up!
