[nfb-talk] Future NFB Conventions

The fact of the matter is that originally the primary reason for 
choosing fourth of July week was that hotels gave us better rates -- 
because it was an off week.  It was Dr. Jernigan who told me this.  I 
understand that it is considered less of an off week now, but we have 
tradition, and Mike's reason too.
