So, Ray, you are employed now? You're an expert on how easy it is for  
blind people to get jobs, right? So, what? You're supporting yourself  
as a carpenter now? Well, good for you.

Now you can get out there and set up that fund you were talking about  
where employed blind people contribute in order to help unemployed  
blind people find jobs.
