Dear Juddy,

You go girl.  I don't use the darn audible signals either.  I depend upon 
the sounds of the traffic to tell me when it is         safe to cross.
The audible signal only tell you the light changed.  I already know that 
from the sound of the traffic moving or stopped.  An Audible signal does 
not, by itself, make the cars stop and sometime they don't.
Only the sounds of the traffic that is stopped or moving is reliable to bet 
your life on.  Therefore, I am with you giral.
