Ed, I must admit I came to this thread somewhat late.  Am I to understand that the NFB of NH no longer exists?  IF indeed this is so, I think it fair to enquire why the national office did not do something to help the situation before this could happen.  I get the strange feeling that not all of this puzzle lies before us.
