You can apply for a technology loan from the NFB itself. You can get all the 
info at the NFB's web site. The loan program is great; they are flexible on 
the payback terms by trying to work with you on how much you can afford each 
month. I took out a NFB loan to purchase a KNFB reader so it's the real 
deal.
