It is extremely unlikely that you will be able to talk to your
representative (or any representative, for that matter) over the telephone.
The best way to talk to your representative in person is to attend one of
his/her town-hall meetings when he/she is in the district. You may get such
information from his/her DC office or a local office in the district.

Hi all!
As I told you last week, I sent an E-Mail to Congressman Rick Crawford, of
Arkansas.
He never responded!
I'm calling him on Monday, and if I get a secretary, I'm going to do
whatever it takes to get over to DC, and I'll try to talk to him in person!
I'd like for the rest of you to find a representative in your state that
hasn't supported the bill, and get them on board!
