I would dearly love to see something like that.  I used to have the Braille Lite series, starting with the 18, and ending with the M20.  One thing you could do with those is take out the extraneous blank lines.

As I understand it, devices based now on the Windows Mobile platform cannot do this.  HIMS has come close, helping you to find them, but you can't find/replace.  I wonder if the new BrailleTouch or if any other Android braille device can do this.

The problem is that in order for the process to be enjoyable I need to clean out things like blank lines, endless rows of dashes or slashes, spaces or stars.  It takes quite a while with some find and replace macros and I'm wondering if any of you know of anyone who has created such a file clean-up program that could do it for me.
