Hello Joe,

In TX, we have an At Large Chapter; which is for members who live in
rural areas or too far from a chapter they can easily access. This
chapter meets via conference call and for some of the members who live
close, they get together for some things. At our state convention, this
chapter holds a face-to-face meeting; usually over breakfast. Not sure
how far your prospective members live from one another, but this might
be a possible solution. Good luck! Keep us posted on your progress.
