[NFB-Talk] A wonderful resource in the Washington state and Vancouver Washington community

I wish the NFB would've done the same in Western PA with the Blind WSchool
in Pittsburgh.  Although I was a successful mainstreamed student I feel I
could've gained more independence from a blind school education at least
through elementary and middle school.
