The 63rd Annual State Convention of the National Federation of the Blind of Utah is right around the corner. It will take place March 26-28, 2020, 

at the downtown Salt Lake City Sheraton Hotel

The National rep for our convention is Anil Lewis. We will also be having 2 special guests Curtis and Peggy Chong!.   

 

Anil Lewis is currently employed as the executive director for Blindness Initiatives for the National Federation of the Blind, located in Baltimore, Maryland, where he coordinates outreach, marketing, and fundraising activities for our national headquarters. He leads a dynamic team of individuals responsible for the creation, development, implementation, and replication of innovative projects and programs throughout a nationwide network of affiliates that work to positively affect the education, employment, and quality of life of all blind people.

 

Curtis Chong has had a long and successful career in the field of Assistive Technology, and has been on the cutting edge for numerous products and training curriculums.

 

Peggy Chong is the Blind History Lady. She has been published in multiple ebooks and across the web with her stories of blind people living the life they want! Here is an example:
