Fellow Federationists and Friends of the NFB of Utah!

Below are some exciting events and news that may interest all of you.

 

1. The Utah Legislative Coalition for Persons with Disabilities is hosting a reception at the State Capitol on Monday, Feb. 14 from 3pm-5pm. You will get an opportunity to mingle with other individuals representing all disabilities and a chance to meet local legislators. There will be appetizers offered and the event is free.

2. The Salt Lake Acting Company is offering a play with live audio description. This will be on Wed. February 16 at 7:30pm.

3. The Utah Natural History Museum is now a free Aira Access point. Anytime you activate the Aira app on your smart phone, you can utilize Aira for free for as long as you are navigating and experiencing the museum.
