[NFB-Utah] Salt Lake January Chapter Meeting - Via Zoom

Fellow Federationists and Friends of the NFB of Utah (Salt Lake Chapter),

 

Save the date for this month Zoom meeting. It will be held on the fourth Saturday (January 22) at 11:00 AM.  For this month we will not meet in person.  It will be a Zoom meeting only.  Zoom information below.

 

Meeting Agenda

 

*	Introductions and welcoming new members.
*	The presidential release Summary.
*	Affiliate and National report – by NFB Utah State President, Everette Bacon.
*	Chapter report and business – by Ned Lindholm.
*	Trivia Question – Read rules below to have a chance to win $35 during the chapter meeting.
*	Tech in Ten – Karl will demonstrate a new product for the blind.
*	Discussion/Demonstration on accessible Exercise and Meditation APP’s – Ned and Karl will lead the discussion on how to use some of their favorite accessible exercise/Meditation APPs on smart devices and/or computers.  If anyone has a favorite, please come to share.
*	Wrapping up.

 

Trivia Question:

Each chapter meeting there will be a Trivia question from one of the current months Braille Monitor or Presidential Releases publications and the first one to guess correctly will receive a cash prize. If no one answers correctly in the allowed time, $10 will be added to the pot and will roll over to the next month. This month we have $35 in the pot.
