On Wednesday June 8 at 7:00 PM. The at Large chapter will hold their June meeting. Roland Allen of Louisiana will be our special guest speaker! Roland is the long time head of Cane Travel at LCB and is the husband to Pam Allen. Roland has an awesome federation story you will not want to miss!

On Friday, June 10, from 1:00 to 2:15, DSBVI will be hosting  a zoom presentation with guest presenter Chris Danielson from the National Federation of the Blind’s  national office about the upcoming NFB convention. Weather you plan to attend in person in New Orleans, or join the convention virtually on zoom, you won’t want to miss this chance to hear about the convention and ask your questions. It has been 2 years since any of us have been privileged to attend an in person convention, and some things are bound to change, and many things will stay the same, come learn how you can participate and be a part of the excitement.
