Save the Date for  our NFB Salt Lake Chapter BEAM activity for October

Happy Blind equality, achievement  month! We hope your October is off to a great start! This month for BEAM the NFB Salt Lake City chapter will partner with PBS Utah based organization that breaks down barriers for literacy and learning! We will have a booth featuring braille literacy that includes props such as a braille, writer, Slate, and stylist, an e-reader, braille, children, and adult books, candy, NFB brochures, braille cards, and much more! We hope you will come out and join us for this amazing event that breaks down literacy barriers and promotes equality!

When: Saturday, October 25 from 10 a.m. to 2 o’clock
Where: The Salt Lake City library
210 E. 400 S. in SLC

We hope to see you there and happy BEAM month!  In addition, any NFB member who comes to visit our booth will be put on a list for a drawing to win a special prize during the NFB Holiday party in December.
