Marcus,

As for your next step with $1000.00. I take it to mean that you are
opting to have the National Office host the West Virgina website. If
this is the case you need to contact John Berggren at the National
Office and he will walk you through the process.

As for being able to still implement the template that was designed by
the National Office, of course you can still implement it. I would
imagine that you would want to wait and do it on your new website but
if you want to take the time to implement it on your current website
the files are available.
