[Nfb-web] Using Drupal on Safari

Peter,

As I recall most of those problems were do to the WYSIWYG editor built
into X Catalyst. Becuase Drupal doesn't use a WYSWYG editor by default
formating is typically done using HTML and CSS tags. So it is entirely
accessible.
