Mike,

I had no trouble creating the link. It was very straight forward.

Great on the web accessibility! I'll take a little time to gather sources
and figure out an approach  Probably put out a table of contents for
review/comments. What will be good is if it can be structured such that
sections can be created and modified by collaborators in a
logical/structured manner. So, I'll get to it. Thanks for your support!
