[Nfb-web] Webcasting State Convention

Just a note. Nebraska has yet to do a webcast of it's convention. we
have tossed the idea around but haven't pursued it yet. We do however
record all of our conventions and are looking at posting the audio (or
at least part of the autdio) on our website.
