[Nfb-web] One More Drupal Question

Okay, sorry for the persistence.

Currently I have Drupal installed in a subdirectory, Drupal.MySite.com.  I'm
still configuring the site, but when I'm done I want the project to run
directly from MySite.com.  Can I do this with the files still stored in
their Drupal subdirectory?  If I have to move the files over to the root, is
it as simple as changing the "$base_url variable" in the settings.php file
and shifting my files over to the root?
